All of the "Roaring Forties" spirits are made traditionally from 100% cane or grain - no whey alcohol, no preservatives, no artificial additives - just pure New Zealand ingredients in the best of fine European tradition.

The distillery houses a full range of intricate equipment, including a large grain distillation plant and automation to cap and label up to 5,000 bottles of fine spirits an hour  -  Rum, Single Malt Whisky, Gin, Vodka, Doppelkorn Schnapps.

Popular gift packages include a line of spicy condiments, rum cake and alcoholic fruits.
